ABOUT THE PROJECT

What is this project about?

ChatJOB explores how AI can support more accessible and responsive career guidance.

The project centres on the development of an AI-powered chatbot designed to support people navigating career decisions and the changing world of work.

The work begins with a needs assessment and continues through chatbot development, quality testing and feedback collection. The project also develops accessibility and usability materials and provides online training for career guidance professionals so they can understand and use the chatbot effectively.

Alongside development and testing, ChatJOB shares its results through webinars and publications, helping turn the project’s learning into practical knowledge that can be used beyond the partnership.

What Entelya brings to the project?

Entelya coordinates ChatJOB through Stichting Social Hacker NL, leading the overall implementation of the project and collaboration between partners.

As coordinator, we oversee project progress, communication with the Erasmus+ National Agency, reporting and the overall delivery of the project.

Beyond coordination, ChatJOB reflects an area central to our work: connecting emerging technologies with practical pathways for learning, employability and human development.
